We have the pleasure of writing a recommendation letter for Shannon Brown. We met Shannon for the first time in 2015. At our first meeting Shannon was very detailed about outlining the scope of the project, his role and the expectations during the project. Shannon came across as a honest and reliable person so we chose to hire him as our General Contractor. The project took a little over a year and was completed on scheduled in October 2016. During this time we found Shannon to be very reliable and responsible. He has excellent communication skills and was in constant touch with us. Obviously, like in any project, there were some issues (mainly due to our indecision) which were easily resolved. To the extent that the sub-contractors made any mistakes (none of them major) Shannon made sure to rectify them in a timely manner. Our home was built exactly the way we expected it to be. Shannon was always available after completion of our home. We have lived in this home now for 4 years and have not had any major issues with the quality of workmanship or the materials used.
